The gathering begins with welcome drinks at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 4 and concludes after lunch at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6.

Edison has reserved a block of rooms at Montage Big Sky and will handle hotel accommodations for all confirmed attendees. Rooms will be reserved for check-in on October 4 and check-out on October 6, unless you indicate on the RSVP form that you will not be attending the full event.

If you confirm your attendance, you will automatically be assigned a room. There is no need to contact the hotel directly to book your stay. Additional hotel details will be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the event.

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights. To make travel as straightforward as possible, we have secured optional group flights from San Francisco (SFO), New York (EWR) and Boston (BOS).

You may book your own travel or opt into one of the group flight options.

If you are travelling from another city, or would prefer different flight times, our travel coordinator, Donna Eldred, will be happy to assist with arranging the most suitable itinerary for you. For any travel enquiries, please contact Donna at edisonscientific@volare.travel.

Complimentary ground transfers will be provided between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and Montage Big Sky on the main arrival and departure days.

We strongly recommend selecting one of the group flights where possible. Bozeman is a small regional airport with limited flight availability, particularly on direct services. The selected flights have been chosen to arrive comfortably before the start of programming, depart after the event concludes, allow guests to travel alongside fellow attendees, ensure your arrival and departure align with the scheduled shuttle transfers, and enable us to provide support should travel disruptions occur.

As group flight reservations must be confirmed together and availability is limited, we kindly ask that you register your interest as soon as possible. Our travel team expects to finalise all group bookings within the next 10 days, after which availability cannot be guaranteed.

Once you have registered your interest, the travel team will contact you directly, on the email address you have provided, to confirm your reservation, answer any questions and arrange secure payment before your ticket is issued.
